Developing Performance Evaluations

This session will cover one of the most underused and neglected processes in any organization, employee performance evaluations. Learn how they are commonly executed and how they can be used to improve the performance within the organization. Standard forms do not serve the individual job duties well. Discuss how to customize evaluations to match the job being evaluated. This is the time to communicate effectively with every subordinate what they do well and what they need to improve. It is a time to learn their ambitions and feelings of the employee about the workplace, and what they would like to improve or change. It also gives you the opportunity to determine what they think of your performance, if you're confident enough to ask.
