Pam was employed by the Orange Unified School District in Southern California for thirty-four plus (34+) years. She was Director of Transportation, for the last twenty-five plus (25+) years of her career.
She was responsible for 170+ transportation District employees, 116 school buses and 200+ maintenance and other vehicles. In 2003, the Orange Unified School District awarded her Administrator of the Year.
Pam is a Past President and Life member of the California Association of School Transportation Officials, CASTO. She is a member of NAPT and is the Election Committee Chair. She is also a Member of CASBO and is a past State Transportation Professional Council Chair. She has presented at local, State and National Conferences. She has been an expert witness in pupil transportation. Pam also was a California State Delegate for the 15th and 16th National Congress on School Transportation and served on the writing committee for General operations and School Transportation Security and Emergency Preparedness.
