Bill has been involved in passenger transportation for over 45 years, including fixed route service, transit contracting, charter/sightseeing, para-transit, and the last 19 years in pupil transportation with OCPS. For the last 9 years, Bill serves as the Senior Director of Transportation Services. He started his transportation career as an undergraduate student with the University of Maryland Shuttle Bus system as a driver and safety manager. Bill has served in many roles within transportation, including a tour bus driver and guide in Washington DC.
