Terrell âTâ Doolen, Professional Services Manager,
is responsible for customized training, consulting, and support for clients at online and onsite, including advanced training sessions, project management, accelerated implementation services, or route reduction and efficiency planning. Prior to assuming this role in professional services, Doolen also oversaw the technical support staff at Transfinder for four years. He has over twenty five years of experience in customer service and technical support, and was influential in reshaping and improving the customer service that Transfinder provides. Prior to joining Transfinder, Doolen worked at Yahoo, Inc. in California. He holds a B.S. in secondary education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
